7-Day Easy Exchange
If your item doesn’t fit or you’d like a different size or colour, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
How to Request an Exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp at +880 1711-934811 with your order number.
- Let us know the item and the size/colour you’d like instead.
- We’ll arrange pickup or ask you to send the item back to our office.
Refunds
Refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked Final Sale, and any product showing signs of wear or missing original tags, cannot be returned or exchanged.
