Products and Availability
We make every effort to display our products, including images, sizes, and colours, as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour or fabric texture may occur due to screen display settings or natural fabric differences. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any item without prior notice.
Pricing
All prices on this website are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout based on your location, as described in our Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time without prior notice; such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order through our website is an offer to purchase. An order is considered accepted once it has been confirmed and, where applicable, payment has been verified. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If this happens, we will inform you and, where payment has already been made, issue an appropriate refund.
Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods for orders placed on this website:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available across Bangladesh. Payment is collected in cash at the time your order is delivered.
bKash Payment
We accept manual bKash payments to our official bKash Merchant number, shown at checkout. After sending payment, you will need to enter your bKash Transaction ID at checkout so we can verify and confirm your order.
We do not currently accept international payment methods, credit/debit cards, or other mobile financial services besides those listed above.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver across Bangladesh only. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times depend on your location and are shown at checkout and described in full in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed; occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Exchanges and Returns
If an item does not fit or you would like a different size or colour, you may be eligible for an exchange within the timeframe and conditions described in our Return & Exchange Policy. Please review that policy for full details on eligibility, the request process, and non-returnable items before requesting an exchange or refund.
Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of an order by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone as soon as possible after placing it. Orders that have already been dispatched for delivery cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for exchange under our Return & Exchange Policy once received. We also reserve the right to cancel an order before dispatch in cases of stock unavailability, payment verification issues, or suspected fraudulent activity, with the customer notified accordingly.

While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions or other content on this site are completely error-free. If you receive an item that is materially different from its description, please contact us so we can assist you.
Customer Responsibility
